Buff Buzz wants a green roof. Not the gimmicky kind like "Oh look we're so super eco-friendly; we painted the roof green!"
The roof will act as a place to keep the integrity of Las Vegas' natural vegetation (desert native) & act as a independent small business co-op for eco-friendly water efficient farming in a controlled environment that would be sustainable in a desert climate.
Ideally, this would be a combination of the pictures below + maximizing water efficiency: (As always, open to variations to maximize efficiency for the garden co-op so that they will succeed.)
