3 Floors + Open Green Roof
1st Floor: Buff Buzz Core Facilities & ReCharge Room (more details later)
2nd Floor: Co-Ops
3rd Floor: Co-Ops
Green Roof: Solar & Wind Farms & Plant Farms

Concept 2
3 Floors + Open Green Roof + Overpass Over Fremont Street (Bridge-like)
1st Floor South: Buff Buzz Core Facilities & ReCharge Room (more details later)
1st Floor North: Multi-Purpose Gym
2nd Floor North & South: Co-Ops
3rd Floor North & South: Co-Ops
Green Roof North & South: Solar & Wind Farms & Plant Farms

Not a fan of elevators; they halt movement and no one talks to each other + super awkward.
Ramps & stairs will be ideal.
